At Rockport, we stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your footwear, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Items
Place your unworn shoes in the original shoebox and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton, then attach the prepaid label to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
